2 - 3 hours duration

The perfect course to build or re-set your workplace culture. With individual coaching sessions also available by request.

Discuss, workshop and raise awareness of:

  • Feeling safe, valued, respected, and heard (includes psychological safety and psychosocial hazards)

  • Workplace respect

  • Respectful communication

  • Self-awareness and cultural self

  • Bias and unlawful behaviour

  • Personal standards? Your workplace standards?

  • Perspectives and bystanders

  • Responsibilities and moving forward            

Manager and Supervisor Workshops

4 hours duration

Managers and supervisors lead your team on a daily basis but do they know how to maintain a respectful workplace?

Discuss and workshop content from the Original Workshop PLUS;

  • Is it possible to make tough decisions, manage and/or be assertive without negative outcomes?

  • How do you contribute to and achieve a psychologically safe workplace?

  • How do you encourage and support your staff to contribute to and achieve a psychologically safe workplace?

  • Better understand and know how to meet your legislative compliance requirements

    • What are psychosocial hazards and risks and what are your responsibilities in this area?

    • What might constitute a hostile work environment?

    • What does a ‘lower threshold for sexual harassment’ actually mean for your workplace?

Fees

All group training sessions are costed at $428.00 per hour (+ GST).

Course tailoring and resources are included in hourly fee however travel and accommodation fees (when necessary) may apply.
